It wasn’t Enviro Waste Management, but rather Barnet council workers collecting domestic waste. Luckily, no one was hurt.
But this highlights the danger of not following segregation rules for your waste.
Please make sure you follow the guidance for each item you put in the bin. Gas canisters can often be returned free of charge to the location you purchased them from for safe disposal.
Make sure you place batteries, chemicals, aerosols, gas cannisters, etc. in the proper waste receptacles, and if you are in doubt, give me a call and I will advise you on what the best course of action for you to take if you are in London. We primarily collect Commercial Waste, but I can advise on Domestic Waste too.
